Nice breakfast ( Labne w shay for example)....
Healthy lunch...don't eat TOO much though...

For dinner have some fruits ( Preferably before 8 p.m) or you can just not have dinner

Exercise, don't snack, drink fluids and drink 100% fresh pineapple juice...ya3ne Maccaw or Tropicana Premium Gold pineapple juice.

Exercise and get a good night's sleep, don't stay up too late

We had a dietitian that visited our class last year and he said the body needs food, if your body senses that there is a food shortage the body will automatically start to save the fat so it can be used when you are hungry, but if you eat enough the body will see no point in saving the fat since it will get food again after a couple of hours.
The whole "eat three times a day" is just stupid, the dietitian said that you should eat 4-5 times a day, don't eat too much or too little, just stop eating when you feel full.

exactly that's my diet i eat 4 to 5 meals a day, i know this fact, infact i know lots of fact now but still nothing is working, my upper body is good looking, bass when i sit down bi bayin kerche heheh i'm not looking for 6 abs ya3ne bass enno...

simple
don't eat to much... you must go on a low food diet not low calory diet... lower the quantity as in the volume of the food you eat
your stomac will then grow smaller and the keresh will go away but keep doing cardio and stuff
