It's true that he will get a slimmer body, but he then has to stay on that starvation diet forever because if he stops the diet and eats like he used to, then his body will save the fat from the food in case there is a "food shortage" again. That will only result in more fat.

Give the body enough food and it will see no point in saving fat, eat healthy, no fast food, 4-5 times a day.

Breakfast - Eat until your full.
2'd meal - Eat a sandwich.
Lunch - Eat until you're full, but don't get blown up...
4'th meal - Eat a Sandwich.
Dinner - Eat, but not much...

Also, watch out for things like Pepsi and Coca Cola...

I quit eating for 2 month and lost 15 KG during the summer, but I don't recommend anyone doing that

My friend ken wazno 130 kg...he decide to go on a diet..so jeb kella chi diet..and he stopped having breakfast and dinner...now he is 100 kg ...do3ef 30 kg in 30 months....

yes i'm going on a good diet now i eat 4-5 times a day and good meals no pepsi and stuff like that... nchala kheir

what about bodybuilding anyone got a workout other than the usual one they give us in gyms

when you are on a diet byeb2a lwa7ad ma 2elo nafes yit7arrak. switching from pepsi to diet pepsi lost me 5 kilos alone

diet pepsi is killin urself

any diet product causes too much damage to ur body organs

i stopped it though i used to adore it

Actually i lost 40 KG IN 4 MONTHS, I was on diet 2 years ago

Diet Pepsi is made of aspartame which makes your tongue feel there's sugar in the Pepsi.

1st get a hobby thats involves moving you around, like say biking, running, roller blading, swimming, activities like such, roller blading did it for me .

2nd there should always be a 3 hours period between ur last meal and the time u sleep.

3rd dont stop eating them, but try to reduce ur consonption of bread and "nachawiyet".

4rth stop body building, i know i know, it may help gain the body ur looking for but it will only make you heavier for muscle tissue is heavier than fat. And as i see it ur movement will become heavier thus slower, leading to ur body burning less calories.
