well the simple answer on this is that this guy want u to be for him only and cant know or see that any other guy have you !! even if he's not with u anymore he thinks that none should touch u kiss u or have u ! dima, your ex hate you alot, he wants you to be always sad, away from happiness.
so when he's telling you that he still cares about you, he's a stupid liar.
he wants you to live in hell.
