Default Eat Right For Your Blood Type

Your blood type diet is the restoration of your natural genetic rhythm. Your blood type diet works because you are able to follow a clear, logical, scientifically researched plan based on your cellular profile


Each food groups are divided into three categories: Highly beneficial ( food that acts like Medicine), Foods allowed (food that are no harm to the blood type) and Foods not allowed (food that acts like a Poison)

Type O
Diet Profile : High Protein, Meat eaters
Allowed : Meat, fish, vegetables, fruit
Limited : grains, beans, legumes

Food to avoid for Weight Loss purpose : wheat, corn, kidney beans, navy beans, lentils, cabbage, Brussels, sprouts, cauliflower, mustard greens

Food that help with Weight Loss : kelp, seafood, salt, liver, red meat, kale, spinach, broccoli


Type A

Diet Profile : Vegeterian
Allowed : vegetables, tofu, seafood, grains, beans, legumes, fruit
Food to avoid for Weight Loss purpose : meat, dairy, kidney beans, lima beans, wheat
Food that help with Weight Loss : vegetable oil, soy foods, vegetables, pineapple

Type B
Diet Profile : Balanced omnivore
Allowed : meat (no chicken), dairy, grains, beans, legumes, vegetables, fruit
Food to avoid for Weight Loss purpose : corn, lentil, peanuts, sesame, seeds, buckwheat, wheat



Food that help with Weight Loss : greens, eggs, venison, liver, licorice, tea




Type AB

Diet Profile : Mixed diet in moderation
Allowed : meat, seafood, dairy, tofu, beans, legumes, grains, vegetables, fruits
Food to avoid for Weight Loss purpose : red meat, kidney beans, lima beans, seeds, corn, buckwheat
Food that help with Weight Loss : tofu, seafood, dairy, greens, kelp, pineapple






a chemical reaction occurs between your blood and the foods you eat. This reaction is part of your genetic inheritance. This reaction is caused by a factor called Lectins. Lectins, abundant and diverse proteins found in foods, have agglutinating properties that affect your blood. So when you eat a food containing protein lectins that are incompatible with your blood type antigen, the lectins target an organ or bodily system and begin to agglutinate blood cells in that area.

hmmm, that's interresting , i'm B+
i focus on eating chicken and it seems that's not good
and i should eat corns, lentil, peanuts..
that's nice , it's good to know what we should eat !

man ana mitlak i love chicken a lot ... i'm thinking to edit the thread and erase (not chicken) ... just kidding ... you know when you eat chicken, only eat the chest ... it's the healthiest part ... avoid the thighs coz they contain more fat ...
