i think he is in Chiah area, the central is overcrowded. in batroun, you'd get 160ms from ogero DSL.

Ogero DSL provides the lowest latency in Lebanon simply because all ISPs DSL connection eventually pass through Ogero.
Ogero is using kind of monopole by providing limited quota for ISPs for high prices, to keep itself in the market.
ma2oulet inno we have no enough bandwidth is true but we have more available bandwidth than we have now, we're just not using it because of Ogero. There's lot of things to fix in this country.

yeah as kingroudy mentioned i'm connected to chiah, there are no more places for unlimited nights and double speed..and my friend had to wait more than 4 months to get an internet from IDM !! without unlimited nights
