today,i came back home tired,very tired,so when i started studyin' i felt extremely tired,so i took a 7abbe from a medicament called "juvanine" houwe vitamine w tnachatet..does this product 3endo chi effects salbiyeh or it's safe to use it?

It contains just vitamins and some minerals ... bass i doubt from one tablet tkoun tnachatet if this is the first time you take it ...
anyway it's safe just don't exceed more than one tablet per day ...
P.S : I saw you before and you are well body built so you don't need to take vitamins on daily basis

I am asthmatic and take ventoline but sometimes it is just enough...

Well usually treatment of asthma is divided into acute and chronic therapy.
acute therapy consists of bronchodilation agents such as ventoline you are using now ... however chronic therapy which is used to prevent asthma exacerbation consists of using steroids and/or mast cell stabilizers ...
I can't prescribe such medications online ... you should follow with your doctor

the use of ventolin wil be useless with time and u have 2 go to a higher generation of medications
ana hek ba3ref dunno if the doctor has another point of view
bt u have try ur best 2 realize things that cause u asthma like dust particles, moquette, fur, any type of food and avoid it as much as u can

This could be the symptoms of underlying ear disease such as infection ...
and It could that you have a wax buildup ... try putting hot compresses on your ears, or just behind the ear to ease the pressure and stuffiness.
but if this persisted you have to see an ENT for proper management ...

well i noticed yest smthg i was not sure of
i have these zhourat shamieh and i drink sometimes before i sleep i noticed that when i take them i sleep well and when i dun i dun sleep
