Hi guys, i have a very low average of vitamines and calcium.

adding to what Angelic already said ... you need to eat food rich in magnesium and potassium coz their defeciency mainly causes muscle cramps ...
example of food rich in magnesium : green vegetables, beans, nuts, bread
also bananas are rich in potassium

alos drinks more water in case you dehydrated

wat about the " tik sound " , when i do pushups , my elbows rick like!!! so i do 3 or 4 and stop cz they hurt ! and when i do a lift up i get this nerval pain in hand muscles i feel unbarrable pain from the inside ! so basically i cant do bodybuilding ..

wat u r callin nerval pain is scientifically known as neuropathic pain it may happen due to smthg pressing on the nerve ending and can be treated by nourishing the nerves with vitamin B derivatives which are Vitamin B1, B6, and B12

The sound you hear is due to the gaz of the synovial fluid present in your joint or maybe due to the movement of the ligaments ... i case you are feeling pain after a while ... this could be muscular or neuropathic in origin ...
you should be examined and maybe do some imaging before judging
and as Angelic suggested taking vitamins mainly B complex wont hurt bil 3akss it's good

1- What is the functional unit of the kidney and what are its four actions? (5 points)
2- What is the major hormone in concentrating urine? On which part of the Nephron does it work? (4 points)
3- What is the definition of a congenital abnormalities? give 2 examples. (7 points)

it's due tomorrow I will research the answers but just in case I get stuck somwhere I thought I'd post it here

Functions:

- Homeostasis
-Acid-base balance
-Blood pressure
-Plasma Volume

3. It is a condition which is present at the time of birth which varies from the standard presentation. It is also known as congenital malformation or birth defect.It is a type of congenital disorder which is structural in nature.
Examples :
-dysmelia : limb malformation
-stenosis : malformation in the GIT
-spina bifida: malformation in the nervous system
-ventricular septal defect : malformation in the heart

Antidiuretic Hormone (ADH) also called Vasopressin
it works on the Distal convoluted tubule and collecting tubules

EPSP : excitatory postsynaptic potential is a temporary depolarization of postsynaptic membrane potenial caused by the flow of positively charged ions into the postsynaptic cell.
