مبادرة العماد عون الانقاذية التاريخية
المبادرة قائمة للساعة من 22 من يوم غد

يتقدّم العماد ميشال عون، بعد موافقة تكتل التغيير والإصلاح بالإجماع، من جميع الكتل النيابية المعنية في المعارضة والموالاة، بالمبادرة الإنقاذية الآتية:

1- يسمي النائب العماد ميشال عون مرشحًا لرئاسة الجمهورية من خارج تكتل التغيير والاصلاح والتيار الوطني الحر. يلتزم هذا المرشح مضمون وثيقة التفاهم مع حزب الله، ويُنتخب من مجلس النواب وتنتهي فترة رئاسته مباشرة بعد إجراء الانتخابات النيابية المقبلة، على أن يتأمن النصاب الدستوري (الثلثين) حينها لانتخاب الخلف.

2- بالتوازي، يسمي النائب الشيخ سعد الحريري رئيس حكومة توافقي من خارج تيار المستقبل وملتزماً بالمحكمة الدولية.

3- تتألف حكومة وفاق ووحدة وطنية، نسبياً بحسب تكوين المجلس النيابي أي 55% للموالاة و45% للمعارضة، ويكون للسلطة حقيبتان سياديتان وكذلك للمعارضة حقيبتان سياديتان.

4- تكون أبرز بنود برنامج الحكومة ما يأتي:
· إقرار قانون انتخابات إصلاحي جديد (تكون الدائرة فيه القضاء)
· إجراء الانتخابات النيابية العامة على أساسه في موعدها كحد أقصى
· إيجاد حل نهائي لملف المهجرين وإعطائه الأولوية المالية المطلقة
· إعادة النظر بنظام المجلس الدستوري وتعيين اعضاءه بالتوافق فور تأليف الحكومة والإسراع في البت بالطعون النيابية.

5- مشاركة المسيحيين والمسلمين مناصفة في جميع مناصب الفئة الأولى الإدارية والقضائية والأمنية وفق أحكام الدستور، مع إبقاء قائد الجيش في موقعه، أما في حال شغور منصب قائد الجيش فتعود تسمية القائد الجديد استثنائياً لرئيس الجمهورية الجديد.

6- يعمل بهذه المبادرة عند تعهد غالبية رؤساء الكتل النيابية في المعارضة والموالاة الالتزام بها.

By this initiative, the opposition would have succeeded in achieving its goals and we will have our rights in this country even though the price would be seeing our leader being a president.

But the question now is: would 14 feb gang approve or decline?

it wasn't shocking that GMA wants to save the country ..

i expect that the gang splits , some of them will accept it, some others won't .. and here's the problem .

some MPs will know very well that GMA's initiation is the last chance .

we might see some MPs in Rabieh , splitting from that gang .

and on saturday , GMA will be the president of the lebanese republic .

I think this the more realistic scenario..

I really hope to see GMA as our president, at least he is a man with initiatives, a vision and independent.

I am always ready to hit the streets: flags, hats (and helmets to avoid rocks) and of course my fpm cd to rock the place. we will never tire of protesting until we build this country like it is in GMA's vision

أعلنت قوى الاكثرية رفض مبادرة العماد عون واكد نواب الاكثرية انهم سينزلون الى البرلمان ولن يفصحوا عما سيقومون به. وافادت مراسلة "العربية" ان احد النواب المقربين من رئيس اللقاء الدمقراطي قد قال ان خيار النصف زائد واحد ما يزال واردًا.

I can't know exactly what will happen that's why i gave you the 2 options.
But in both we will hit the street.
as for the second part, we will be supporting the Army in general.
Tomorrow everything will be clear, but the sure thing it's not gonna be good!
