دونادوني يرشح إيطاليا للفوز بيورو 2008
 

رشح روبرتو دونادوني المدير الفني لمنتخب إيطاليا فريقه للفوز ببطولة كأس الأمم الأوروبية، التي ستستضيفها النمسا وسويسرا صيف العام الجاري.
وقال دونادوني لصحيفة "لا غازيتا ديلو سبورت" الإيطالية الصادرة الخميس إن بطولة العام الحالي قوية، وتشبه بطولة كأس العالم لكثرة المنافسين على اللقب، واعترف مدرب أبطال العالم بأن مجموعة إيطاليا التي تضم هولندا وفرنسا ورومانيا صعبة للغاية، ولكنه أكد عدم وجود أسباب تدعو إلى الشكوى من قوة المجموعة.
وأضاف دونادوني أن مباراة فريقه مع رومانيا بصفة خاصة تزيد من إحساسه بالقلق على الرغم من صعوبة مباراتي فرنسا وهولندا، ونفى دونادوني أن يكون قد فكر في تقديم استقالته بسبب الانتقادات الكثيرة التي صاحبته منذ توليه تدريب المنتخب الأزرق.
وأكد المدرب (44 عاماً) أنه كان يدرك تماماً أنه سيتعرض للإقالة، في حال هزيمة إيطاليا على أرضها أمام فرنسا في تصفيات هذه البطولة.

heheh !! yea of course ! a joke :W
anyway for those who are dreaming that Germany will win i say : go sleep early during the euro games and don't waste your time in watching some stupid Germans playing football.
guessing who'll win is not a matter of dreams and personal wishes, it's a matter of analyse...
and in my opinion Italy is the strongest team in the Euro, in addition of that the Italian tactics never fail ;)
anyway the posts and this thread will remain untill that time and we'll see then who's right !!

no they only need to win 2 out of 3 games , and they'll qualify to the 2nd stage

i know,

Italys 1st match is against Netherlands, then Romania...when they win,they have to beat Greece,Spain, reach the finals against Germany or Portugal

if you look on Germany you see only one match against Portugal in the quarter-Final,
this year Portugal have a chance to reach the finals if they defeat Germany.

if Italy reached the finals they will be damn tiered and this will reduce the chance to win, and if they wins it will be the 1st time since 1968 !
the World Cup 2006 was a lucky tournament for Italy, this one is though if they wins they deserve it...

i supported both Italy and Portugal in WC 06 and i'll support then in Euro 08.
