The minimum good thing that he had done that he made a decent country for his people that the Americans and their Allies in Iraq are destroying now !!

What decent country!
He killed hundreds of thousands of people who lived there. It was only those people that he liked that had a decent life, the rest were the ones who paid for it.
Read some history and you will know...

at least he was a patriotic president,he wasn't related to any foreign country, he was working for the interests of Iraq, you'll tell me he was working for his own interests and not for his people, i don't think so, the man was given the chance to get political asylum in Qatar one day before launching the war against Iraq but he refused and choose to fight !

you tell me he did massacres and i dunno what... and who told you that he wasn't right in doing these massacres ?? those who wanted to overthrow his regime wanted to implement their own state inside Iraq and divide the country (just like what the americans are doing right now). Saddam Hussein had to launch a war against them and put an end to their coup attempt.

the ones who must be hanged are those bast*rds sitting on their chairs and licking the occupiers shoes !!!
the ones who must be hanged are those bast*rds preventing their people from living, they kill their wives for watching TV and their daughters for talking to a boy while they have the right to do everything (bya3mlo l sab3a w demmeta !!) !!! etc... etc... etc....

He sold out just like every Arab leader!
He fought the war against Iran with the "blessings" of the US.
He used poison gas against thousands of Iranian soldiers, they died slowly and painfully, all that gas was a gift from the US.

Can you justify the 150.000 Kurdish civilians he massacred between 1986-89?!
Can you justify the 15.000 civilians that were killed by poison gas attacks in 1988?!
Can you justify the 60.000 Kurdish civilians and the 90.000 Shi'ite civilians that were killed in 1991?!
Can you justify the infinite number of mass graves he was responsible for, that are still being discovered today?!

NO, it can never be justified!
Someone who kills in those numbers doesn't deserve any kind of respect, he should be treated like the monster that he is!

2nd inno i guess the man was seeking peace of his mind ... so he had to do certain things that affect the country negatively ... w baleyon hal 10,000 that he killed ...

Let me tell you something, he didn't deserve to die like that, it was a shameful to kill someone like him in that way, he should have been burned alive!

Let's get one thing clear, Saddam never did anyone but his people any good, and that's the end of it.

Also, it wouldn't matter what good he did after all the bad that he had done.
I'd rather stay in a poor broken country than accept his blood money.

He made people suffer and he got power from that.
Israel made people suffer and that gave it power.
I see no difference between him and the Israelis, he is just on the opposite side of the conflict but he is just as bad they are.

I don't know what your views are on lebanese politics, but if you are like the most here (Sanyoura & CO hating) then you are a hypocrite.
As I said above Israel an Saddam are very similar.
Sanyoura & CO took Israels blood money and here they are called traitors and a theifs.
You seem like you would have been willing to take Saddam's blood money, doesn't that make you the same?
