if we had a one person rule in lebanon for example that was fair, we wouldn't have had all these messes

but theories don't cut it

watever regimes r in the US china or france, the most important is wat kind of system should be used b libnen, well u should watch how that's gonna affect our great economy built by US dollar blocks, nd foreign duties..... small comparison between the smart lebneniyyi nd those dumb syrians living beside our borders nd having wat they call that dirty ugly syrian currency, well in syria if u even deal with a dollar ur busted, ur a criminal. bt in liben when u deal with a lebanese lira,(7aram m3attar ma ma3o yekol)nd when u deal with a dollar ur a businessman,maybe now u will feel how u treated ur poor dumb currency nd hailed 4 that great dollar comin from amerka.... love that dollar more nd more cze mn l7ob ma qatal......

Im not a financial expert but i have a logical theorie in my head about this crisis.
i guess that world war III just started and this time its a financial war, if you noticed that the english pound was stable for the past 10 years and the Euro was overcoming the Dollar and the japanese Yen was always ahead of the american dollar and in the past 5 years china was leading in industry and manufacturing even in 2005 china revalued its currency higher against the dollar. and if you noticed how the fuel price raised which made the arabic countries even richer, while USA was stealing Iraq fuel and falling in the mud of terrorist war they wanted something to turn american citizens eyes from the war losses. As they did in 9/11 and they bombed the WTC; this time they needed something less painfull so they screwed their financial regime which led to a disaster in the whole word. Euro, Yen, Pound, Yuan.... all world currencies decreased, most important companies in europe japan and the arabic world were suffering from bankruptcy....
now what the usa did, they were pumping money from all over the world and specially from jews lik even arabic countries gave billions. and im sure that directly after the US elections everything will be back to normal and the whole world finance will stay screwed and maybe they need 10 years to get on their feet again.
P.S: the financial issue in US is la masla7et McKain w when he wins the elections i will continue my theorie.

Here in Dubai, most of the real estate companies and constructions are closing... For exemple: Nakheel za3abit 550 mwazzaf till now :S

No it does not, because Lebanese people kicked from their work in Dubai, KSA or whatever country will have no other choice than going back to Lebanon. This has a lot of bad effects, most important ones are:
1- More unemployed people in Lebanon
2- Money sent from these emigrants (or working people in foreign countries) will drop as these guys lost their work
3- Any foreign company having or was willing to have any kind of investment in Lebanon or somewhere else, will think 100 times before doing this step.

As i heard, about 90 000 Lebanese will be back for good to Lebanon because of losing their job due to the economic crises...

no ur wrong...like JAK said the money sent by the emigrants will drop and actually that's what keeps the economic situation in lebanon good( enno bl nesbe la lebnen enno 2a7san mn machi) .... and the only thing that really btrabi7 lebnen massare is when the emigrants come in summer or christmas etc etc etc....plus the lebanese outside lebanon a lot of them lost their jobs or their salary no2iss so there must be a large number of lebanese that will return to lebanon which cause more and more unemployement....and some say that this crisis is good for lebanon because the banks in lebanon will have more money( 7sebet w massare bteje 3layoun mn douwal l 3arabye) but in what will the banks investigate those money since the economic situation wl 7ale l 2amnye aren't good....and 2nd there's a chance that ybalcho ydayno l dawle from the exess of money in banks but how the governement will pay those banks back.....

invest....ma twekhezna bass ma 2rit reje3et chou katabet.....:P 2nd for the loans for multinational companies in countries like dubai and etc etc they don't need loans they have enough money....2nd since the economic situation isn't good this will reduce the number of l cherak wl hek l baddoun yefta7o jdid .....and there's a lot of banks which are outside lebanon that gives loans and have better offers than the ones in here....
