goA week later, Jak was arrested by the police and taken to investigation. He was lead to a dark room where the police were throwing questions and accusations at him:
- you killed Alfred, it makes sense, you were the one that was supposed to be guarding him, you’re the one that could have entered the building. So you drove to the restaurant, took that knife and stabbed it in his back.
- no it was not me, I’m telling you I’m innocent. Why the hell would I kill him with the knife from the restaurant? Chou n2ata3o el weapons min hal diné? And my prints were not on it
- well it is obvious you used gloves
- come on this doesn’t make any sense. Alfred was stabbed in his back, whoever stabbed him was someone he knew, someone he trusted enough to turn his back to. If I were wearing gloves, the mood would not be peaceful enough for him to turn his back. Whoever did it did not use gloves. And why would I use that knife? It makes no sense
-why would anyone use that knife? That applies to all the suspects, so you can’t use that in your defense.
- actually it does, I’ve been thinking about this whole murder, and it occurred to me. The murder was not planned prior to that lunch, whoever killed him took the decision of killing him on that lunch table, and the only weapon he could get was that knife, otherwise they would just use a gun. The assassin could not use gloves so he didn’t clean the knife before the murder. But why the knife was left in Alfred’s back instead of being cleaned or disposed off is beyond me. And what is my motive? Sure Alfred did not pay me anything, but now that he is dead, under my watch, who is going to hire me again?!
-you’ve been thinking hard about your defense it seems, and where were you at the time of the murder? You were supposed to be on watch?
- well I…I… I didn’t even go to work that day, it was Christmas, I didn’t know my absence was even going to be noticed…

But the police were not convinced with Jak’s words, so he was sentenced to be executed at midnight on an electric chair.
After the execution was done, a policeman turned to the police chief(phenomenal) and asked:
- you think we got the right guy?
-does it make a difference?
- how so sir?
- well as long as the public sees that for each murder someone gets executed, justice prevails hehe and I don’t think we’re dealing with a serial kiler here, Alfred was hated by many, and that is why he died, now it’s over.

A week later jess invited everyone to another company lunch, this time it was in “Le Royal” hotel(Police chief was not there this time)even Malek went again with his fiance,but this time because he was invited ;) . it was a very fancy lunch. Jess came in a limousine, accompanied (this time) by her brother. And though she was wearing black and was supposed to be mourning for her husband, the joy and laughter was obvious on her face. As everyone was sitting down enjoying that very fancy delicious lunch, jess stood up:”
quiet please I need to make a statement. Thank you, as you all know an unfortunate accident happened about 2 weeks ago and took the life of our dear Alfred, and though we mourn his death very sadly(she smiled and giggled a bit at that moment) life must go on, with Alfred dead the company needs a new director to run it, because I don’t know anything about running the company.” And so all the employees were excited at who is going to get that position. “Congratulations Alias you are the new director” at the sound of that, Billy walked out of the lunch room to the balcony. Crystal soul looked at Sogelec and said” looks like he’s mad and disappointed again” to that Sogelec replied” Ya think?” :hawhaw: and they both excused themselves and followed billy outside.

-this is ridiculous, I worked hard to get some kind of promotion for Christmas, and it’s like everyone got promoted except me. You know Alias doesn’t deserve that promotion, jess only gave it to him because she loves him
(Crystal soul)- come on honey don’t take it so bad, you kow Alias is more generous than Alfred, you might get a better wage anyway
(Sogelec)- She has a point Billy, come on lets go inside, we’re making a scene

And so they went back inside, Billy was still uncomfortable, but he tried to hide his sadness with fake smiles.

Eventually everyone went home, the next day at 7 am, the phone at Billy’s place rang again, Crystal soul answered and she seemed pretty sleepy:
-yeah what is it
-it’s the police chief, sorry to bother you this early on, but we need you and your husband to come down to the station, another murder has occurred.

Arriving at the station they saw everyone there. Jess was crying very hard and could barely stand straight, the police chief explained that Alias was murdered, shot many times inside his own house. The time of death was about 3 am in the morning, he was also asking what they were doing at that time
Crystal soul answered ”we were sleeping” the police chief answered” well that’s everyone’s alibi, so far we gathered that the assassin entered through the bedroom’s window and shot him with a gun, and we also found this…” the police chief reveals a wallet, no id or anything unusual was in it, except for a picture of Crystal soul. :think:

Why Would i counter 2 murders and risk my self for my best friend (Billy), aslan mn l asses y would i kill Alfred (the Boss) while he promoted me;), w kamen iza betla7ez chi, billy is SOO QUIT in the threads..sa7O_o?

now as for my analysis for the assassin:

if we review the 1st story, once billy heard that i was promoted, his face turned yellow;)...w you can clearly see eno the one who killed the boss, took this decision on the table, someone MAD, w ma2hoor, w anger is filling him
Billy Got Mad in the first story, Alfred was Killed, also, Billy God mad in the 2nd story, and Alias Was Killed
about Crystal Soul's Picture, hal evidence yemken la todyee3 l Real Assassin, w yemken it's a Real Evidence, bas i'm sure IT'S BILLY & IT'S A REAL EVIDENCE

still the wallet with the pic could be left there as "misdirection".:idea:

Here's the way I see it :D:
It couldn't have been Billy because he already drew a lot of attention to himself when he didn't get the promotion,and killing Alias isn't the smartest move that he could do,and it's obvious that we're dealing with a skilled assassin,so that leaves out Billy ):
We're left with either sogelec who values his friendship with billy(reason to kill alias)and still loves crystal soul (reason for the picture in his wallet)
But I don't think that he'd risk his life for billy's sake.
That leaves us with crystal soul who's said to be a faithful wife that would do anything for her family :)
Can this "anything" mean that she's willing to kill to keep her husband happy?
Also,she might've taken billy's wallet and thrown it in the crime scene as a distraction so that either of Billy or sogelec could be blamed :dev:
So my vote goes for crystal soul...

no i don't think it is Crystal soul
Crystal soul loves her husband and would do anything to protect her family
so the picture of her in the wallet will draw attention to 2 guys, billy and sogelec... so it can't be Crystal soul.... she would not make her husband look like the killer...

mr_j said in the "character intro" that she left sogelec for billy, so she loves billy, ya3ne ma ma32oul tetrok evidence that make billy look guilty

sorry but i didnt use my internet for like shi 3 days so i missed the 1st part :) didnt read ur comments ktir but just wanted to say that i wanted to prouve u that im innocent but its too late now w the plot was great but didnt contain that much of clues w actually yimkin kinit i voted for myself :p

I left a wallet on the crime scene with crystal soul's pic in it to tell you that whoever killed Alias loves her, and to tell you it's a guy
where I live guys carry wallets, girls carry a purse
so I don't know I assumed maybe that would serve as a big clue
but it didn't

yeah it's logical Crystal soul killed Alias and Alfred because she loves her husband and wants to avenge him and yet left a wallet with her pic so her husband can be caught and executed

wow that makes alot of sense
the clues of the first thread were revealed here, and there were many
you were supposed to see these on your own
yet I didn't wait for the end, I explained that the killer had the prints on the knife, decided to kill Alfred during that lunch etc... by that alone I have put some light on the real assassin and virtualy cleared people like Duce and Malek and Phenomenal(his prints were not even there)

so I don't know ): is it really that hard? this is the first time ever a silent assassin thread was written with logical evidences and real motives
the assassin had a good motive to kill
killing someone is not a joke
you don't go around killing people if you don't have very very very very good reason(that is why jak should not have been accused in the first place)

someone explain to me what is a clue to you guys?


what you said in bleu was 100 % pure genius, but how could you ruin it by saying whatever you said in red?
how would Crystal soul risk framing her husband if she loves him that much?
