You need to install localization.

Type "Display Language" in the start menu.

You will have this window open:

Change the highlighted value to from Français to Anglais :p

If English is not installed, check the Windows Update, usually they give you a list of Optional Updates for the languages.
Type "Windows Update" in start menu, hit enter, and check there for the English Pack.
If you can't find it, click on the highlighted link in the following screenshot, this is in the Windows Update window.

The language packs should be in the Optional Updates again.

Good Luck.

You don't have the option because you only have one Display Language Pack installed, not because of the windows version. This option is available for all versions of windows.

Download the English Display Language Pack. GOOGLE THEM.

When you download and install the pack, you will have the option in that window just like in the screenshot I gave you.

Check that , it says with windows seven 7 entreprise ultimate:(source:http://windows7center.com/tutorials/...cks-mui-packs/)

Language packs or MUI packs are used to change the default language of Windows 7 to a language of your choice. For example, download and installing the French language pack will translate all the menus and options in Windows 7 into French.
This feature is only available in Windows 7 Enterprise and Ultimate

Oh, well :p hard luck.
But, keep googling it dude, I'm sure you'll find something.

By the way, why is it french? Did it come with a laptop you bought from France or something like that?

Neoxter 12-29-2009 05:50 PM

man get ur self a windows 7 ultimate dvd and install it using the upgrade option w rayye7 rasak :p

upgrade option doesn't require you to format ur pc, it just overwrites over ur win 7 pro.

mmarwan1 12-30-2009 04:29 AM

it is french because because i bought the laptop from Canada
so do you think there is no solution except upgrading or reformatting ?

Neoxter 12-30-2009 09:12 AM

enno IF as you said, win 7 pro doesn't support the change-interface-language feature, then no way it'll work, shu gasben 3anno baddak tmashee :p
so yeah try to upgrade.

Tawa 12-30-2009 03:06 PM

Yeah you're gonna have to upgrade. You can't change the Display Language in Windows 7 Pro.

Hard Luck :p

mmarwan1 12-30-2009 03:39 PM

Thank you guys
i think that i ll update
