Simply the best browser ever - Opera 10.5

Opera has released the best browser on earth, with the most gorgeious user interface you may ever look at. Now the Javascript engine is 7x faster, and a new feature called private tab is added. Also, opera is now well integrated with Aero Glass and Aero Peek features of Windows 7.
If you want to know more, click here
i just noticed amazing effects when i clicked on the globe icon to insert the link above. LOL.
now, if you don't want to know more DOWNLOAD FROM HERE and teach the bastards who use Chrome/IE/Firefox/Safari how web browsing is meant to be.

Before V10 Opera was one of the most safe brousers, statistics of exploits packs were the best prove.
And also FF is the best.

hegma 03-08-2010 05:13 PM

i downloaded it just because i need to test my projects on it. i think yes it is the fastest, but still Firefox is more popular, and they can't attract Firefox users because opera always failed at marketing their products...

Neoxter 03-08-2010 06:18 PM

Facebook Doesn't support Opera ?! I think I tried fb on opera before and it used to work, now it's not.
Does it work for you?

Kingroudy 03-09-2010 11:03 PM

WTF! it is working for me.. nothing is wrong with opera and facebook.

rldxp 03-09-2010 11:10 PM

it's my perfect browser since 4 or 5 years, fast and easy to use, with very simple shortcuts!!!

btw it works nice on fb

El-Meghwar 03-10-2010 11:47 AM

I am a firefox user, but i downloaded this version yesterday in order to try it.
It is nice, but there is a problem, i don't know how it can be fixed:
if we want to use the advanced option in posting in here without getting the codes of etc.. and the font size.. can we ??

i can't for example resize the text without getting the codes : ; etc ...
how can this be fixed?

Jean 03-10-2010 11:50 AM

Last time i tried opera, there was no spelling checker, neither forms auto-fill. Any changes in this version?

Kingroudy what does it make the best browser if it doesn't have a simple WYSIWYG ?!

Kingroudy 03-10-2010 01:40 PM

WYSIWYG isn't so important for me, just look at the other features. give opera a damn try.
EDIT: if you WYSIWYG is built in Opera, but it doesn't work with some forums, just identify as firefox and you will be fine.

Kingroudy 03-10-2010 01:48 PM

and here is a proof

Jean 03-10-2010 01:58 PM

Roudy,

I just tested it. It looks good and fast.

Still, it doesn't save all kind of forms.

For me and many others, forms are important. So it's not the best browser ever :p

Jean 03-10-2010 02:07 PM

Developers won't like it. It has the same shit as IE. It doesn't display the codes properly unless a hook is added. So yes, it's not the best browser ever :p

Google 03-10-2010 02:23 PM

Simply. It sucks. It lacks many intuitive features.

WTF! man didn't you see the proof? forums do not support it and not the opposit. when the user agent is changed as firefox, everything worked fine.

Google 03-11-2010 07:15 AM

So, this is like Superman wearing Chuck Norris 's T-Shirt :p

Kingroudy 03-24-2010 11:09 PM

visit www.opera.com and update to version 10.51 which fixes some stability issues and the facebook cookies bug.

Jean 03-26-2010 02:12 PM

Is there a way to lock opera?

I need something similar the lock provided by messenger plus that enables locking and hiding the messenger via a shortcut.

maybe if there's something similar available for firefox, it will be great.

Kingroudy 03-26-2010 11:16 PM

ctrl + shift + alt + H
giggity :D
and for the form filling thing, ctrl + F12 and go to the second tab.

Jean 03-26-2010 11:26 PM

is it possible to put a password?

Kingroudy 03-27-2010 01:25 PM

http://help.opera.com/Windows/10.51/en/keyboard.html that's all i can get. doesn't look that there is a password. look further into the help.
