What is the suggested price of the regular xbox 360 (modified 'n shit) + HDMI cable + 2 controllers ?

I bought the Elite one for 410$ + pad for 50$ just buy the Arcade one for 300$ + 1 pad for 50$ w yes el RRoD is still a problem bas abit less of a problem in the newly manufactured ones.

man if i were u i wouldnt recommend them gettin a 360 for the fact that it will get a RROD sooner or later. 7aram 450$. i have a ps3 w i wanted to get a 360 bas mesh mestarje , cuz i know like 4 ppl that had the 360 and got the RROD on elite and arcade , and one of my friend just bought his 3rd xbox.

i got the arcade version + 1 extra wireless controller for 325$
and i got Fifa 10 and Forza Motor Sport 3 which gave me wrong region:@
(i paid 8 $ for that :@)

You are way off, not even the Wii has such low failure rates.
Last I checked the 360 was down to 20%, PS3 6% and Wii 2,5%. (Failures within a year)

These are the numbers provided by a warranty company that cover 360's that don't get reported to Microsoft. And from what I know, and from what the article says, Microsoft has a good warranty against RRoD. So the majority of customers would report their RRoD 360's to Microsoft.

Let's assume 20% get reported to this warranty company and 80% to Microsoft. That would mean a 10% RRoD failures, and if RRoD is the cause of 50% of 360 failures then we're back to a total of 20% 360 failure rate within the first year of purchase.
