Lebanon Bye Bye Blackberry!!!
http://www.tayyar.org/Tayyar/Storage...97_reuters.gif هل تتوقف خدمة الـ "BlackBerry" في لبنان؟ قال عماد حب الله رئيس الهيئة المنظمة للاتصالات في لبنان يوم الخميس ان لبنان سيعمل على تقييم المخاوف الأمنية المرتبطة باستخدام خدمات بلاكبيري في البلاد ليصبح لبنان بذلك أحدث بلد يثير مخاوف أمنية متعلقة بالهاتف الذكي. وأضاف أن الهيئة ستبدأ محادثات بشأن مخاوفها مع شركة ريسيرش ان موشن (ار.اي.ام) الكندية المصنعة للهاتف الذكي. وار.اي.ام في خلاف مع حكومات الهند والسعودية والامارات العربية المتحدة بسبب مطالبتهم بأن تتيح الشركة للسلطات الوصول لرسائل بلاكبيري التي يتم نقلها باستخدام تكنولوجيا تشفير غير قابلة للاختراق. وقال حب الله لرويترز ان الهيئة تدرس الموضوع من جميع الجوانب الفنية والخدمية والاقتصادية والمالية والقانونية والامنية. وأضاف أنها تناقش الموضوع مع الادارات والوزارات المعنية. ولم يوضح المسؤول ان كانت الهيئة ستتخذ أي قرار فيما يتعلق باستخدام بلاكبيري في البلاد وطبيعة مثل هذا القرار. ويأتي تحرك الهيئة في ظل تنامي القلق بشأن نزاهة جهاز الاتصالات في البلاد. وتسلط مسألة بلاكبيري الضوء على المخاوف المتعلقة بالامن القومي المثارة في لبنان وبلدان أخرى. وقال مصدر أمني "بلاكبيري يقع خارج نطاق المراقبة. لذا هناك مخاوف من أن تستغله جماعات اسلامية متشددة أو جواسيس." |

the latest rumors i heard is that it will not be stopped.
but if you think about it, if terrorists want to talk, there are plenty of means to talk with an encryption. from using PGP for emails or coding your own IM messenger (not the terrorists will code it :p they would hire someone) |
If they want to preserve security they better shutdown the internet.
