Looking at our group it's easier than the other. Maybe it is easier to get third in the other group, but it is easier to get top two in our group, which is what we should seek because ending third is very difficult on the long run ( especially facing a south American team which is impossible), and more problematic than facing south Korea or whatever.

Japan and Australia are industrial and top talented correspondingly, so it's good not to have to face them. It's still very difficult to beat Iran and Uzbekistan especially; the team will have to play all their cards consistently each and every game, and be opportunistic. Try for instance one game to get the opponent team red carded early, injure some key player early on, dive for some penalty here and there, let our fans be very intimidating in home games, make the players literally exhaust themselves till they faint. The home games especially, we could pretend we are terrorists ( which some might already believe) and we can let our crowd act barbaric and make the Lebanese stadium seem like a monster waiting to devour them, so they simply let the game pass on as fast as possible without really trying to beat us and decide to focus on their own home game against us. That kind of stuff, should be all well designed and planned, and on top of that, the team should still perform very well.

There are lot of things need to be changed, Theo Bucker talked about these problems in an interview on LBC after the last match, like for example what happened at the hotel before the match (the meeting with the politicians and media), haide el 3aj2a kella should not be on a matchday especialy before the match, the players should be isolated so they can focus on the game.. I'm not putting high hopes on our team, so everyone shouldn't too... We are still "Lebanon" we lack so many basics things in professional football... After UAE game there were lot of people 2ayemo el dene wo 2a3adoha just because we lost... We should realize what we are really capable of... Nothing is impossible in football, though it's really tough to go through... It's gonna be a good experience, if we fail we could learn from it and use it to establish a brighter future for our football

yep 100% our team isn't good cz a team can't actually be good if it doesn't have good basics in football like youth development and long term plans/atleast gd stadiums aw sportsmanlike attitude towards the game msh a political one, it's already a gd achievement we got here w a great experience, but we need to work on this msh let it be..

We could have won this game, we played well in the second half, we had some scoring chances but our shots and passes weren't accurate... In the Qatar game we deserved at least a point, yalla basita... Next game against South Korea on Tuesday...

I read that Lebanon ra*ed Iraq, kept the pressure on them ALL the time and played way better but lost anyways :/ sucks

I've watched the last 20 minutes of the match, we were controlling the game, had several chances but, us usual, very bad finishing ! then out of nothing Iraq attack and score a goal... Anyway, most teams in this tournament are not playing with their best lineup, Egypt for example are playing their Olympic team...

We did it again lool... Our defense was well organized, and the keeper Abbass Hasan played the match of his life, insane saves ! Mabruk !

What u just said will definitely get us straight to the World Cup, it ain't easy at all, it's near impossible! But this team IS and WILL be better when Mahmoud comes back for us in attack as well, and Antar is just class act! Hope we can go as far as we can w mesh get knocked out by stupid mistakes like the one against Qatar :@ tfeh di3ano hal match! :(

It's a huge challenge, and yes Qatar sucks but they beat us because we sucked harder, we lack the technique required and the sharpness to put them down hard! Let's hope u're right and our players keep their good run of form clear from injuries and suspensions and make sure we have a good opportunity, a fair one!
