once i was wiz my sis at sanyour ant-elias and we saw a girl toula chi 180cm, jesem byehboul bas mbayne weird a bit...so my sis told me yiii shes antonella...eltela min ye3ne:S?

if i'm not mistaken antonella is a transsexual and not a travestie...a transsexual is a person who believes that his or her body does not reflect his true 'inner' gender. so transserxualism est une maladie .. we cant blame her!
transsexualism isnt the same as drag queens/kings ... we're talking here about a real prob! a transsexual man is a person who was assigned the female gender at birth on the basis of his genitals, but despite that assignment identifies as a man and is transitioning or has transitioned to a male gender role and has or will have a masculine body.

i think plastic surgery has positive and negative aspects...

but i'm against kel shi esmou silicon lal shfef w lal 5doud, la annou ma wala we7de shefta 3emle hek w zabat ma3a, kellou bi bayyen estine3e w bi arref.

mm really iam against all these surgeries ..
I like the girl to b in her nature , without any modifications .. I beleive that the one must b self-confident whatever he/she heard from others , ...
from my point of view, i dont care for other opinions about me , just its enough 4 me to be self satisfied...

being a medical doctor not surgeon i'm against all kinds of plastic surgeries (coz they make more money than us) hehehe just kidding :D ...plastic surgery is misunderstood in our community...it doesn't always means breast augmentation or nose jobs or silicon injections...it deals more with correcting deformities resulting from traumas, burns, congenital anomalies etc...and women still can breast feed after augmentation for those who asked but they are more liable for infections !!!

thats not what i heard ... coz even with w breast reduction a women can still breast feed 3adeh... coz in these surgeries they deal with the "muscle" and not the "glande" ... they can take off a part of the glande but byeb2a mni7 menna .. w i dt think bi asir 3a shi

yes sarah32 you are right and that what i actually said "women still can breast feed after augmentation "... coz it won't interfere with the glands nor the ducts ... so they can still feed whether reduction or augmentation ... I only said they are more liable to get infections since they are introducing foreign materials to their bodies ...

I don't have any problem with plastic surgery, uno every person have the right to improve himself if they don'y like something in them

Nose jobs, uno leih la2 chou only girls get to improve their noses, uno barkeh a guy menkharo mich 7allo add menkhareh (de2ouleh 3al khachabO_o:D), chou bya3mol ma fi yzabto!!
About 6 packs, well it's easier then going to the gym so mitl ma badone bass I never saw someone who did it so ma ba3rif kif byotla3 to give my oppinion.

Shocked walla wa7deh, bass when you think that when they want to makes lips bigger the take fat from your buttocks you feel it's a little weird, (uno I know ndaf l fat bass ya3neh l fekra gharibeh chwayO_o!!)

كما أن مرحلتي الإلتئام والإلتحام بعد العملية لا يمكن السيطرة عليها من قبل الجراح. ومعروف أن الأنف يقع في منتصف الوجه وهو من أكثر الأعضاء بروزاً، وبالتالي فإن أي عيب في العمل الجراحي سيبدو ظاهراً، وبالتالي قد يؤثر على نفسية المريض ومدى تقبله لشكله النهائي.

ولكن جراحة الأنف التجميلية تتطور بإستمرار، وذلك بغية التخفيف من المشاكل التي تصيب المريض بعد العملية، وخصوصاً لناحية إجرائها تحت التخدير الموضعي وإمكانية مغادرة المريض للمستشفى في اليوم ذاته.

إن الخطوة الأولى للعملية تبدا بإجراء فحوصات كاملة للدم ومن ثم تبدأ مرحلة إجراء العملية فيقوم الجراح بتعديل عظمة الأنف وكذلك إعادة ترتيب وتشكيل غضاريف الأنف بما يتناسب مع ملامح الوجه. وتستخدم لهذه الغاية الخيوط القابلة للإمتصاص والتي تذوب بعد فترة.أما مدة العملية فهي حوالي ساعة يقوم بها الجراح خلالها بإعادة بناء وتنظيم وترتيب عظام الأنف بما يلائم ملامح الوجه. ويبقى الضماد الطبي على الأنف لمدة تتراوح بين 5-7 أيام حسب الحالة. ويمكن إجراء هذه العملية إبتداءً من عمل 18 سنة وحتى 50 سنة.

this remind of michael jackson , he had 2 many surgeries , and now its impossible to fix it , cuz il 5adroof and tissues are ruined...
anyway i never had a plastic surgery , and no am not willing to do it , eventhough am not satisfied abt the way i look , but cuz its forbidden and its totaly stupid to do it...
