I am totally against Hizbullah keeping his arms till no time , but i am not with disarming Hizbullah in the present moment and under these circumstances. Hizbullah should give his arms up when:

1- The Lebanese Army will be capable to defend Lebanon against all aggressions even if it is from the USA itself.

2- Lebanon will be a country for all its citizens and not just for the 14 feb gang who is spreading its militia on the territory.

3- Giving guarentees to Hizbullah that they won't stab him in the back and treat him like some isolated party coz he ain't alone and i hope our agreement with them will go on under all the circumstances.

4- Putting Hizbullah fighters as special squad in the Lebanese Army.

i totally agree with Flamenguita...
disarming Hizbullah shouldn't be something of haste... it should be well planned and managed by the Leb Army.

but i'm against making special squad for Hizbullah in the army... that would mean a squad of just shiites, and that doesn't represent the mix of religions in lebanon... they can join the "maghaweer" and some other elite group.

Of course hizbullah has to deliver its arms to the lebanese army.
The army is the only trusted by all the population and we know also that the relation between the army and the resistance is very strong and stable.
the point is to look how to protect our country in a way to make the army the main responsable of all the lebanese land in another hand we have a powerful resistance that we can't just drop away.
and the arms will be delivered to the army in many steps and make the resistance the army partner by putting plans... since they know the enemy well and the battle field.

no no no ... its not that easy , its not about the weapons, if the army has hizbollah weapons , it will be useless!! cuz the army DO NOT work undercover and the israelians knows wheres every base for the army , and in the last war,if they wanted to extriminate the army they could have!! but since the army isnt not at INFRONT with them , they ddnt do that....when the army has anti-airplanes and strong army that can face israel , then hizbollah should deliver their weapons , cuz then theyll be useless!!

systematic yes the issue is about the weapons...hezbollah doesnt have a choice in keeping its arms coz the decisions made arent here, i doubt.

I was replying to him I am not giving anyone's point of view!

As a Lebanese citizen I really think that the Lebanese army is able to do the same job Hezballah did (notice I didn't use the word defending) The Lebanese army is highly trained but poorly equiped, the Missiles in the hands of hezb can do the same thing in the hands of the Lebanese army if used the same way (hiding and shooting) but if the Lebanese army decides to defend it's citizen (notice I use the world defend here) I have to admit it will suffer some losses coz to defend you'll have to stand infront of your citizens and take shots for them not stand in between them and pretend to defend them (ma3 uno kelone fida sormeyit l sayid).

u seem to have a deep hate for hizbollah and the sayid....wat have he done to you?? in wat way did he bother u??? he freed the south??? he unleashed 10s of lebanese prisoners????he calls for a united lebanon and a strong army so he could deliver his weapons??he calls for sharing for all the lebanese people in the goverment and ruling....
as for the army , no he cant do the same job as hizbollah ,they are visible troops that takes a routinic pattern , the traditional army visible pattern , its impossible to do that , the sayid talked abt this before , and so did all the other lebanese political leaders,so discussing this thing is USELESS

yeah the Lebanese army was all over the south during the war, the 15000 where just relocated after the war to make the international comunity think we sent them to the south while they where actually in the south.
