I looooooooooove this game, I used to play it with my lilttle brother , smackdown Vs Raw 2007.. very nice matches & most importantly, the stories:D...
my favorite wrestler is Stone Cold Steve Austin :D:D PS: yesterday I saw a preview for the 2008 game, where Randy Orton used his finishing move RKO on Bobby Lashely while he was jumping from the turnbuckle:D:D:D, it was gr8:) |

i used to addicted to smack down vs raw 2007 on ps2:D:D..i finished the season shi 3 times:D with different players just to c the scenario but now i ''donated'':D my ps2 to my cousin:D

never played it :p , i hate wrestlin in the 1st place , maybe i saw people playin it on play stations long time ago , but still its not that popular , other actions \ sports \ strategy games leads the rating in lebanon ...

i have played this game with my little brother from the beginning...from bring it on to smackdown vs raw 2008.. but i must say that i have always liked 2007 more than 2008; one of the things that really pissed me off is that they made the controls even more complicated from 2007 :@. but over all it is a very nice game to play and i advice any one to buy it.

Euh Dude this isn't the full roster, I read that there is still more superstars to use, the PS2 will have theme on the CD but the PS3/Xbox360 will have to download theme, plus this is THQ last Smackdown game coz there contract with WWE is over, as Cory Ledesma (THQ owner) announced that from now on any new superstar that comes to WWE or if they are going to be new things or aprovements will be downlodable

The SvR series are played for the season modes, now THQ has annouced that the season mode doesn't exist anymore (PS2/PS3/Xbox360 version), it have been replaced by the new 24/7 mode.
What is the 24/7 mode? its a combination of the season mode and the GM mode, in the previous game all u had to do is to win the gold at Wrestlemenia now u need to work your way to the hall of fame (Become a Legend), u can let ur superstars work in the gym, deal with injuries, u can make him sign aurtograph, the 24/7 mode let u live the experience for a real WWE superstar. How To do it? U will have series of objectives to do, which will lead u to the hal of fame (ex: Defend the title 25 times, win the royal rumble...) Also the GM mode is comfirmed, asign matches that u want, and let ur show become number 1 in WWE. Bah i never got into the wrestling/smackdown/raw kind of games, too slow. It just feels like ur controlling a lumbering tree.....now what i prefer are the dragon ball budokai games :>:>:> now those are great!

Ur right, its a matter of preferance. I like to have death rays and power attacks in my fighting games, while u prefer to butt land on someones head :P. I like really fast 30 sec matches, u probably prefer slow and long matches.
its just i like how fast the gameplay is in db, its really intense and pulls u in the fight. |

Breaking News: Smackdown vs RAW 2008 will be in Lebanese stores next week!!!
There is a guy who have a store called HMV, he usually get the game 2 weeks before it release (I bought the new Dragon Ballz Game and The Crash Bandicoot from this store 2 weeks before theire official release) he guarreteed me that he will bring the game next week,maximum till monday 22/9/2007 :D |
