Youtube help

guys I have a video that is around 17 minutes i have to upload on youtube but youtube prevents me from uploading a video that is longer than 15 mins ( I need a director account ma ba3ref shu) i tried to google to see how i get a director account shefet eno lezem 3adel bel settings, fetna 3al settings ma fi shi

what should I do?

PS: I want to upload the video without cutting the video to 2 parts
