أصدر القاضي المنفرد الجزائي في بيروت هاني حلمي الحجار حكمه في ادعاء الحق العام على جورج بديع وسوف بجرم اطلاق النار من بندقية حربية في محلة عين المريسة، فقضى بإدانة وسوف وحبسه مدة ستة أشهر بعد ادغام العقوبات بحقه، والزامه بتسليم السلاح الحربي المستعمل ضمن مهلة اسبوع من تاريخ ابرام هذا الحكم، تحت طائلة اداء مبلغ مليوني ل.ل.
وكان جورج وسوف وفق معلومات توافرت لمديرية قوى الامن الداخلي، واثناء مروره في 6/9/2005 مع موكبه قرب مطعم "الطازج" في محلة عين المريسة، اقدم على اطلاق نحو عشرين طلق ناري من بندقية حربية لأسباب مجهولة.

Georges Wassouf (aka abou wadi3) had really thug life even though i love him dearly especially his songs in early stages, i feel really sorry to see such tarab icon fall into the abyss of what can be called drift from the right path and he is paying for it now :(

I don't feel sorry for him.. yalli sa7alo la georges ma hadan ghayro sa7alo yeh... God gave him a gift which is his voice, and he went into the marijuana world... but I do not deny the fact that he is Generous... :)
kel shi ken ytal3o men 7afleto men zamen ken ywaze3on 3al 3alam huwe w dahir... That's why he is always broke & in trouble as a reason of being a street "thug".. but I dont call him a thug...

after seeing wassouf carrying the syrian flag and singing for bashar i can't say that i'm not glad with this
i like his old songs but still .......singing for bashar???? i can't tolerate that even if he's syrian i do'nt care

Georges wassouf is one of my favorite!! I love his songs but chou allah jabaro ya3mil hek!! I feel sorry for him :(:(

he has a voice or not, he has always been a thug it's not something new.
He deserve it not only for 6 months but way more. ino if someone else did it he would have been taken more than that.
His voice doesn't give him any advantage on any other Lebanese, my greetings to the Lebanese justice finally they arrested someone famous/popular without tozbitat w bazi2 w lazi2 i hope it remains this way.
