What are the factors that make a long distance relationship works in you opinion? and Why?

Patience, 2 EXTREMELY compatible personalities,and double the usual doses of faithfulness,commitment,honesty and trust.....

I have personally tried a long distance relationship which failed miserably...it is too hard to work but not impossible...

Actually,it can't work...I've tried it,I thought it worked but I was wrong..No factors can make it work..you have to see each others, + long distance relationship can't be based on TRUST !

The Only Factor That Makes Long Distance Relationships Work Is That The Couple Are Already Married :D
Of Course You Might Find Other Factores, But Mostly Marriage Is The Main Factor That Keeps A Couple Together.

Well guys U r All Wrong, ive been living in a long distance relation ship since more than a year, and It Feels like living in heaven, it depends on da person 1st, then u must be extremely honest and trustfull and respectfull and all these...sometimes you feel you r down because you cant see or touch ur partner, but... in the presence of internet and the phone you can always be in contact with your partner, even la daraje u can know exactly where he is in this moment;)...it needs patience and trust...and i feel long distance relation ships are GR8 test for REAL LOVE..;)

Well, I Don't Know How Old Are You. But I'm Pretty Sure That Sooner Or Later You'll Find Out That It Was Too Soon For You To Have This Kind Of Relationships.

u have to accept the other just like he's with his defaults as he have to accept u 2 ! so that u can trust each other feel free and comfortbale with him !! and the long distance relationship that works the best as tawa said is 2 couple married :D:D

it can exist in the few weeks but later this kind of relations is very distructive,
