guys , honestly i love mayonaise :D , so can i hear some suggestions , about some food that can yen7at 3leh mayonaise (i need some orginal stuff , coz i put mayo on almost everything lool)

I need suggestions on how to make the best cocktail sauce:D ( Ketchup w mayonnaise)
What should i add to it? ( i've tried mustard and it's tasty with it:D)

wewe here are some ideas that need much mayo which i love so much

cocktail sauce
tartar sauce
pasta salad
tuna salad
coleslaw
ceaser salad

Tartar sauce:

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon dill pickes, finely chopped (or sweet pickles for an entirely different taste)
1 tablespoon onions, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon finely chopped or minced capers
4 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped


How to make it?
*Chop the pickles and onions very finely with a knife or food processor
*Chop the capers if they are large
*Press the liquid out of the pickles and capers in a fine sieve so that they don't make the sauce too watery
*Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well using a whisk or spoon


PS: Chill before serving

Cocktail sauce:

Ingredients:
2tablespoons ketchup

1/2teaspoon lemon juice

1/4teaspoon salt

3-4drops of tabasco sauce

1/4teaspoon worcestershire sauce


How to make it?

Combine all the ingredients. If you want a little bit hotter, add more tabasco sauce.

yalla guys anything with mayo is welcomed here
ps:there's smthg weird , agelic told me that the cocktail sauce needs mayo , i did'nt find any bi hal wasfeh
