Define Emotion In Singing

Ladies & Gentlemen, ppl can be singing pretty gd, but they don't have any emotion in the song & other times, ppl can sing pretty pathetic but they got so emotion in it, that we still like it... Basically long story short, how do u define emotion when an artist sings?

It's all about making me believe what he/she is singing ...
you can listen to a very sad song and the singer is dancing to it ... i'm not saying he/she should be making "3ashoura" lool ... bass eno at least make me beleive the lyrics you are saying ...
Abdel Halim may doesn't have the greatest voice .... but he sure is the most emotional singer of all time ...
and it's not necessary with songs only ... feelings can touch you with just music

its all about you, when u feel like ur in the song u feel their feeling, when ur not u dont.
