Hotmail to Outlook today?

well i was thinking if i can open my mail (hotmail) with using Outlook today "that comes with office 2007).
i add the mail, but it don't accept it,it says "payment required".
so is there anyway to send/receive mail wiz outlook?

u should install outlook connector inorder 2 open hotmail using outlook.
