أصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء فؤاد السنيورة مذكرة ادارية تحمل الرقم 7/2008 تقضي "باقفال جميع الادارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات والمؤسسات التعليمية العامة والخاصة يوم الخميس الواقع فيه 14 شباط وذلك في الذكرى الثالثة لاستشهاد الرئيس رفيق الحريري ورفاقه الابرار

lah ya 3ameh its 14th of fabuary walaw, no if it was 8th of march doing it then it would be wrong, shu ostak, when we do it its wrong but they are always right :D
