You have to tell us what is written in this blue screen and for how long it stays in blue (do your laptop freeze?), And when you are getting this blue screen? ya3ne what programs were you using before getting this blue screen...

it stays about 10 seconds and the laptop restarts and then vista restarts normally and after finishing he give me a windows that says that window has recovered from an unxpected error and if i want to report it or not

today i was using windows media centre when this happened

maybe i should report the problem to microsoft

the first time i had the prob i was installing a driver for my internet connection

it told me that the driver has caused an internal problem in the system and it recovered

Re: Vista Blue screen!!!!!

i recalled that once i installed a virtual drive software (that installs a driver) which is alcohol 120%, and because it dated to 2004 (i missed to check the version), my pc refused to enter windows, and showed the blue screen of death, and i had to do a system recovery.
maybe this is your choice.

Hmm do you have deamon tools or have you recently installed daemon tools because sometimes when you installs deamon tools a message appear and tell you if you want to install it it will make the kernel debugger inactive that;s what happened to me, i changed the compatibility of DT to win xp sp2, but you must first retart your pc and enter it using " Last Known Good Configuration" anyway choose the last driver that you have installed wich maybe you think that the blue screen started to apper after you have installed it, and re dowload one fom the web for you vista and make sure DONT mix up Between vista x64 and x86
