This is the scenario:

You've been seriously dating someone. One night, your boyfriend/girlfriend goes to a party, gets drunk and blacks out. Later, someone tells you that s/he had sex with someone at the party.

You know for sure that your gf/bf really has no memory of this, did not intend for it to happen, and is upset about it.

Do you dump this person? Why and, if not, how do you react?

there is nothing called " I slept with him accidently" ino its not logic, ino ana ma betfout bi raseh halla2 I might be angry for sometime but not sure if I dump her

First I'll beat the hell out of this sick bastard who had sex with a blacked-out girl ... eno come on that's sick and perverted to make sex with unconscious girl !!!!! It's like raping her ...

Second I'll dump her not because the act of sex, coz first she went to a party without me, second she drank to an extent she blacked-out ... (if we were seriously dating she would know my opinion about such things, and if she did them behind my back so she is worth dumping)

Well you said first we were dating seriously ... so she should as i should know each other characters ...
If she wanted to go to a certain party and i'm not able to go, then she shouldn't go in the first place ...
coz it's not the place what's important, it's with whom you are which counts ...
if i'm feeling this way, why shouldn't she feel the same way? ... and in case she didn't feel that way ... then she is worth dumping for sure

you are still not getting the point that the place becomes irrelevant when the person you care for is not attending (even if it was your best friend's party) ... if that person wasn't there and wasn't okey for her attendance in the first place ... then she shouldn't go

bs u cant blame her/him if he went alone to a party since u wasnt able to b there!
ok blame her/him for the way he acted... for the drinking thingy bs not for going to a party without u!
