Reanimating Lebanon!

Shabebz sabayaz as u all know, the downtown area of Beirut has been devasted economicly by the recent political crysis in Lebanon. And its our duty as lebanese to help it recover.
So guyz how do u see the downtown area recovering and becoming a hub for tourism again?

Nop, not if that "sa3louk" is still sleeping in the saray, when they choose someone new in place of him, I think downtown will start to SHINE;)

Well guys i think eno everything will be back to normal starting next week :)
the hotels in beirut after having an occupancy of 6 and 4% this week, are expecting an occupancy of 40% and above starting next week :) based on my infos :)

w the restaurants are re-opening men jdid there :D w ppl are working really hard for a great summer ...

So all i can say: hope so! :)

أمل نقيب أصحاب الفنادق في لبنان بيار الأشقر بأن ينعكس اتفاق الدوحة بين الفرقاء اللبنانيين موسما سياحيا زاهرا خلال فترة الصيف المقبل، معولا على تدفق السياح الخليجيين وخصوصا السعوديين منهم الى لبنان خلال هذه الفترة، ومؤكدا ترقب السياح لمدى التزام الساسة اللبنانيين بمضمون الاتفاق قبل التوجه الى لبنان.

حديث الأشقر جاء في تصريح الى "أخبار المستقبل"

الحكومة القطرية توعز لرعاياها الراغبين في قضاﺀ فصل الصيف خارج البلاد التوجه الى لبنان. كذلك فعلت الحكومة السعودية.

وكما في الكويت حيث هستيريا حجوزات كما وصفتها وسائل الاعلام هناك كذلك في دول الخليج العربي.
وكما في الشرق كذلك في الغرب، لا مكان على الطائرات المتوجهة الى لبنان لمن لم يحجز مقعداً له في السابق.
لكن هناك مشكلة يقتضي حلها، وهي تكمن في عدم قدرة شركات الطيران على استيعاب طلبات الحجز.
أما الحل فعند السلطات اللبنانية التي عليها السماح لشركات الطيران بزيادة رحلاتها إلى بيروت لا بل تحفيزها على زيادة رحلاتها.
هذا إذا كنا طبعاً نسعى لأن يكون الموسم واعداً وواعداً جداً.

This summer will be amazing in Beirut, at least for me :D
Let's be part of it, what about having a vcoderz lunch/night in beirut restaurants/clubs :D

Actually things in DT went back to normal 2 days ago :D and will be better hopefully from now on..... Yesterday Haifa Wehbe and Assi l Hellani sang for free in DT and there were 800.000 pax!!!!! The festivals will continue all over this week :) Pictures will come later on :)
