I think Austria is the underdog in this competition ... It's their first appearance in EuroCup since they are co-hosting the championship ...

I feel they'll play a relatively good match in their first appearance against Croatia, but eventually will came out as loosers (best expectation a draw)

On the other hand Croatia is a good team, with a good defense lead by Simich, their problem lies in finding a good finisher i guess but they'll manage :p

Hopefully to see a nice game ...

End of First Half :
Austria 0 - 1 Croatia

Croatia dominated most of the first half (manily first 30 minutes), and missed some opportunities to score the second goal ...

Austria on the other hand struggled through the first half (late awakening in the last 10 minutes), and its occasions were mainly through long wide shots !!!

Hopfully to see more goals in the second half :)

Austria showed a difference face in the second half and its substitutions payed off ... however they failed to score from their many attempts ...
Croatia was absent and didnt show any serious attack on the austrain goal ...
