I need a DVD writer badly, i need to get an external one for the laptop, will it work normally if i enclose it with an Enclosure USB 2.0 for CD-RW / DVDRW 5.25" , im gonna get them from PCANDPARTS.

or is it better to get it external from the manufacturer? like this Samsung 20X External DVDRW LightScribe

I m not a pro at this, but once my friend had done it, he got an external one with all hayde l enclosure usb, and it worked all good...

thanks, i already sent pcandparts an email concerning the model number of this hardware, and im waiting a reply,if its not satisfactory, im gonna go with the other LG External Available.

LOL .first problem .they do not have the samsung External, im gonna wait for the reply if they have the LG one in their stock.
If any1 has anything to add, or tried such hardware, please post, since im gonna process the order with the LG one
