Problem with Information Bar on IE...

I got some problem concerning the information bar, I want to download the flash player, but it is preventing me from...
I entered the security settings in the internet options, and I tried many options, but none work.... and I want that player... for facebook games....

so any suggestions or solutions?

I dont have the setup for the new one...

isnt a simpler way to solve the problem?

No, I mean close the browser and install the flash player...
