Vista users?
 

guys with MS vista, i've been using vista for almost 2 years, without any anti-virus and without any scan since i bought my laptop and I've never faced any kind of virus

what about you?

Remember when windows xp came up , lots of ppl hate it and flamed about it .. then they got used to it.
So give it time, and you'll see that few ppl stay on xp..

people who know shit about vista and about how to use it start to talk as if they are pioneers. 7elou walla.
not using an antivirus is very bad, i bet you have some trojans General, as for me, i'm using an AV, i never got infected, and i didn't face "vista" troubles, just because i know how to use it.
also vista has some great features over XP ;)

i cleaned my PC yesterday using kaspersky and found no trojans :D

bottom line, vista doesn't get affected from infected websites

with all my respect to you and to your experience in this domain but vista is so bad when it comes to development and to engineering applications try to work with MATLAB/MPLAB/Proteus/...etc. on vista its hell, bugs everywhere, Vista is made for home users not for heavy applications im with you its very easy when it comes for a home user or just some office application and its very smooth im not talking how good it is im talking how productive it is
