What do u do to come up with topics to write about?

Ladies n Gentlemen, the title says it all... What do u do to come up with topics to write about?

For instance, i open a notepad ".txt" document n write everythin that crosses my mind... random thoughts... most of the times, brilliant ideas crosses my mind while showering but there's no pc :p

i am sitting in my house or anywhere, i see visions, souwar.. tanabbou2at :p ...... this is some michel hayek shit :p :D ... he it comes randomly man and specially when i am on youtube ( expect a hilarious thread after less than 1 hour of this post :D )

same here , sometimes great poetry , great thoughts comes when im in bed , somethings come up and im surprised that i thought of it!! 2 bad i cant write them at the time :( and i forget em the next day.

well i get ideas at the night ya3ne 3-4 am , i keep the laptop next to me, sometimes i cant predict,

sometimes i get some wonderful ideas when i am partying ya3ne at the night club, i just pickup my phone and write them directly, LOL

sometimes i get them in the bathroom so i keep repeating them in my mind so i don't forget them.

i always try to keep a pen and a paper with me. if not my cell phone do the job :p
