Help setting TV tuner

guys if anyone can help me in the setting of my tv tuner asap ! i cant set the tv tuner to find the Reciever channel although its linked :S

At least, tell us what is your TV Tuner!
Anyways, enter the setup and before you do a scan, some settings should be like this:

Device Standard: PAL_B
Device Source: TV
Tuner Input: Cable
Country or Region: Turkey (select a region near to Lebanon)
Audio Mode: Auto Detection

tv tuner name : global tv terminator

bel setting tv frequency 3ende 2 options :
option 1 : choose the country ----
option 2 : choose tv sysytem ----

i tried them both ma 3am yol2at el reciever link :S byol2at channel min el antenne taba3o bas akid bteje mgabache ktir bas ma byol2at el soura min el reciever!
