Usb Help

hey guys i'm having a problem when i attach my webcam to the pc usb port . a message appear "one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfuctioned and windows does not recognized it" how can i solve this problem :(

download a driver online for you camera, install it, this might work.

i have the cd and i did install the driver and still the same problem.

There are 2 things to mention:
1- Either the USB cable is damaged, then throw it and get a new one...
2- Or the camera is damaged, then throw it and get a new one...
