The next day, just as Crystal soul was bein taken to the electric chair, Billy walks into the room:”wait stop! I confess, I did it :( I killed Alfred and Alias” so the deputy signals for the execution to stop and 2 policement arrest Billy and take him to the execution room:
Deputy: ok you better start talking, I wanna know everything
Billy: well clearly I killed alfred and Alias because I was denied the promotion I deserve, twice. I made a mistake leaving the knife in Alfred’s back, and I guess my wallet slipped out of my pocket while I was climbing back down from Alias’s window. Now please let my wife go, I never wanted it to end this way.
Deputy: you were very careless, how did you slip out of our minds all that time I don’t know

And so Crystal soul was released and Billy was executed right that moment. Crystal soul was shocked to know that her husband was the assassin, she was feeling both very sad for his death and yet mad at him, how could he do that? How could he jepordise his safety, his family, her love for him. And for what? A dumb promotion. And just as she walked out of the station, crying, still in shock of what just happened, Sogelec was there waiting for her:
Crystal soul: it was him, it was billy :( and they killed him, how could he do this to us, to our family
Sogelec hugs her and puts his hand over her head and says: “ who would have known? :( I'm shocked myself” and the he whipes her tears “he doesn’t deserve your tears, he commited 2 cold blooded murders and risked his life and his reputation for money, let me take you home.”
Crystal soul:” you’re a good friend Sogelec, I’m lucky to have you around”


Eventualy Crystal soul gets over her bad experience with billy and about 2 years later, gets married to Sogelec and they both live happily ever after.

But what crystal soul never discovers is that Sogelec was in fact the silent assassin, and billy gave himself up sacrificing his life to save her

Why Sogelec?
No he did not kill Alfred and Alias because he loves his friend and wants to see him live happily with his wife
But quite the opposite, this ending is all what Sogelec ever wanted, he wanted to frame billy for the murders, he killed Alias and Alfred in a way making billy very obvious. The question I placed in the second thread and you guys never answered:”why did the assassin leave the knife in Alfred’s back, instead of throwing it away or cleaning the prints from it? “ that is because he wanted to frame billy, billy had a motive to take the knife at that moment and kill Alfred with it, his prints were on the knife, and though sogelec’s prints were also there, but the motive was not clear, he could defend himself.
Same goes with shooting Alias, but sogelec dropped his wallet in the crime scene(perhaps by mistake or intentionnaly, I don’t know :p ) Billy is not dumb to make it that obvious, and of course I wouldn’t write a story that obvious, but you guys were never able to see that hidden motive

Why Sogelec does not directly kill billy? :
Well 2 reasons, feasability and practicality
Feasability means it cannot be done, billy is married, his wife is almost always there, he can’t break into his house or blow up the car, and killing him at work makes it obvious
Practicality means if billy dies as a tragic murder vitctim, Crystal soul would mourn for him and put his picture in the bedroom and she might never get over it
How would sogelec be able to marry her? It might take years before she thinks about marrying again
Whereas if he dies as a killer… as you can see it is more practical

Hope you liked the story and sorry that the game was short, but you didn’t follow clues anyway
If you accused billy in the second or first thread, it would have been easy for you to see the way Sogelec bahaves and see clearly he was the one benefeting.
But you didn’t use any clues, you blamed jak, some blamed tony because he licked a knife
So he licked the knife, what does that have to do with murder? :Tawa:

yeah and so did billy
but you never caught the motive
if someone read the second thread well, he should have noticed what jak said about why the knife was left
the knife is the reason why the assassin is someone who was on that lunch
and someone with his prints on the knife(because as pointed the assassin did not leave gloves)
but why did the assassin leave the knife and show you all that?
and most of you agreed it can't be billy because it was too obvious
and you all agreed that Sogelec is billy's friend
but you all also underestimated Sogelec's love for crystal soul :hawhaw:
you should have tried to see how that can be motive for murder
