Vcoderz Community - Hala February 2009 Won't be Canceled

There were rumors that the annual Hala February Festival in Kuwait would be canceled due to the unfortunate events in Gaza.
Those rumors remain rumors, because it has been announced that the festival won't be canceled and part of its proceedings will be donated to Gaza and it's steadfast people.
It has also been reported that in the case of the attacks on Gaza continuing through February, then the cancellation will be considered!
This came after many from the Kuwaiti house of representatives asked the government to cancel the festival and all concerts be stopped in support of the Palestinian people of Gaza.
Some of the stars that have agreed to perform in Hala February this year are Warda Al-Jazaira, Nawal El-Zoghbi, Ahlam, Asalah, Ragheb Alamah, Wael Kfouri, Fares Karam, Miriam Fares, Yara, Mohammad Hamaki and Shireen.
