Splinter Cell conviction
 

well the name says it all but allow me to tell ya that this one differs from the previous ones but actually it's continuing the story :D but in different style (daylight operations :D )

well it is expected that splinter cell will come out in march 2009, new engine, you can interact with all the object in your surroundings ie. if mobs are following you and you are running you can enter a room close the door and blockade it by either chair, the bed, the closed or whatever you can grab :D
will leave more to the trailers :D
