Choosing a Printer

Well i am looking for a personal printer and i am a bit confused

i made a small research and i narrowed down my choice to the following printers:

Canon PIXMA iP2600
Canon PIXMA iP3500

HP Deskjet 6943

But what i am concerned about is the refill of the cartridges, i duno if someone has experience in such issue.

I would be more than great full if someone can advise of a really good chosen printer for home (i prefer that it can print photo not necessarily High Quality)

Re: Choosing a Printer

I think Canon printing quality is better than HP ...
anyway both have advantages and disadvantages
Personally I have HP deskjet and it's very good ... I never bought a new cartridge ... all you have to do is buy an ink set (black and colors) and fill the old ones with a syringe (don't go to any place to refill)
It's very cheap and with similar printing as a new cartridge

Thank You ...

Re: Choosing a Printer

Canon PIXMA iP3500

I'll tell you why, the cartridge can be riffled at any library and if u wanted to buy the original
cartridge it will cost higher than Hp cartridges (hone el _l_ :p) BUT becuz using HP deskjet, u're able to print almost 140 papers per cartridge, while canon can print 220 papers per cartridge.

Talking about resolutions, canon has a better quality into printings, which means you can print on high resolutions (900dpi on 160 g of paper)...

I request u get the canon...i have tried them all: HPs, Canon,Samsung, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, etc...
