Pictures....

I dont know if any of you have heard the song "Pictures of You" by The last goodnight? Well it was what inspired me to open this thread.

I love pictures whether its people or places. I really believe a picture is worth a thousand words.

Have you ever thought about the significance of pictures in our lives?

Our first photograph is taken before we are even brought into this world. (ultra sound pictures)

Pictures actually do so much for us they let us see loved ones and friends and how they have grown over the years or how they have changed even if theyre on the other side of the world.

The song made me actually stop and think that i would have never remembered the people i remember with out some pictures. I would have never known what i looked like when i was a baby.

They capture moments that we end up remembering for many years to come.

I personally love pictures just because i use them so much. My room has pictures of when i was little, of lebanon, of people i dont want to forget.

Pictures are actually like our lifetime clock. From the time we get the ultra sound pictures until we grow old. Theres almost a picture at every stage in our lives.

I know people who adore and cherish pictures and then theres people who just dont see any significance in them.

I knew someone who refused to own pictures or be in a picture because they couldnt stand the idea that something was capturing and freezing an image. I dont know why that person was like that.

Anyways what are pictures to you? something Valuable? Something important and special, or just something insignificant.

And what do u enjoy in pictures? For example places? people?? loved ones? famous people?.....

Lastly what have pictures done for you?

I love pictures too 4D
The only problem is that I usually look bad in a picture if it isn't spontaneous ):
I can't smile right in a picture :p but I still love them :D
They remind me of people and things I thought I forgot a long time ago.
I enjoy the picture as a whole because it captures the atmosphere at which it was taken :D:All the memories,words,and feelings.
I always love them and the memories they hold within no matter if they're good or bad :D.
