Sign Up Prob. - HOTMAIL (plz Help)

Hi, When I try to create either a Hotmail or Live account I am getting the
following

You've reached the daily limit for creating Windows Live IDs. Please wait a day and try to sign up again or contact support for assistance.
OK

Error code: 450 : 0x800482d4 : 2009-02-09T23:34:27 GMT

i had the same problem as urs !
just sign up from another internet connection it will work,try it from an internet cafe.
mine is adsl 512 from idm.

ehh i tried it on 4 of my idm adsl friends,same error.
try it from a different isp is ur only solution.
ps:most proxies doesnt support hotmail sign up.
