hello every1 ireally need to create a new e-mail but i guess theres a problem with hotmail and thats problem is now for 2 weeks and im still having that problem any1 have a solution to creat a new e-mail??? thx in advance

dnt tell me that they;re telling u that "u have exceeded the number of emails..... w ma ba3ref shu!?
that happened to me some days ago when i was making an email for someone.... but didnt know why!
