I'm planning on getting my driving license soon, I don't know much about cars so I have a question.
Why is a car with manual transmission better than an automatic?

Everywhere on the internet, everybody says the manual is better, but nobody comes up with any reasonable argument (They say it sounds cooler when you change gear or it's more fun).

hmmmm well i don't know ALL the reasons but i know some, enno if the battery is dead u can turn a Manual car on by hitting the clutch while as Automatic bte23od nater..
Ofc more fun to drive a Manual cz u'll feel like u have more control of the car, on top of that fi 2osset tewfir el Benzine bel Manual aktar.
ooooh and if u wanna get a Truck, jibo a Manual cz a Manual is usually stronger and u have more gear control so it can pull stuff faster and stronger.
But..an Automatic gives u more relief whilst driving cz it's simply easier to drive, u gain a leg and an arm when u choose an Automatic, w ma tensa waja3 el ras taba3 teghyir el gear every now and then, specially if u were 3el2an in a 3aj2a ):

assuming we have two cars, first is manual, the second is automatic but the rest is the same.
the manual car will feel more powerful because the gears ratios are bigger.
example: 1st gear in manual might be 3:1 but in automatic it might be 2.8:1
anyway i drive my mothers manual car but i hate manual in general.

well if you want to have a manual-automatic car in same time which is called selespeed all you have to do is to drive an alfa romeo best car ever :)
u can switch between manual and automatic whenever u want
in this car u dont get bored and u dont get tired hehehe

Man Manual is for drifting this is why it is better, u can have rush with manual driving,

Automatic is more stable, but more comfortable, ba3den it has a main feature :p ur hands are not so busy while your girlfriend next to you ;) :p

Well, the thing is I'm not that much into cars.
All I want is a car that gets me from point A to point B in the easiest way possible.
And from what you guys are saying I can conclude that the automatic would be the better choice for me.

If you have to drive everyday masefet tawile, i would tell you to get an automatique car bc its easier khsouse during l 3aj2a...

But if you dont, then get the manual one.... l swe2a is amazing fiya :D
