Synergy KVM - TCP/IP based GENIUS!

It's 1:30 AM and I've been awake for the last 20 hours and i m so excited about testing this GENIUS KVM genius system!
As you know, KVM machines are pain in the neck with all those cables and have to switch the keys manually each time you wanna use a different computer.

These days are long gone, the main BIG advantage that i have to separate from the others is that Synergy KVM allows you to switch between different computers as if they were 1 single system, once you cross the screen borders of X pc you are automatically dropped on Y pc and continue working as if it was one system and yes it works on endless non-compatible systems such as switching between windows mac and linux just like that.

It is network based, so you won't have to buy a KVM machine anymore and best of all the software is totally free!

I am going to get an additional computer soon, so i will have around 3 monitors on my desk + laptop that i rarely use. I can imagine how easier work is gonna be with this. Have a look :D

Sorry i forgot to mention clipboard is shared as well which means that copy paste can be done between different systems.
Isn't that just amazing!?

amazing!! it is only a software!! OMG!!
edit: looks like it doesn't have vista/7 support.

I just finished adding an additional PC which makes the total of 2 PCs with 3 monitors on my desk + laptop. I used synergy KVM on all of them. Now i control 3 computers (4 monitors) as if they were 1 system, it feels great!
I will post some pics or video later tonight =)

so if there are also other people on the same network, can you still use it without starting to control their PCs? :)

yes, simply turn off or don't install synergy.

that's a bit disappointing. so i can't use it at work, without controlling my colleagues' PCs because it sits on the whole network?

I installed synergy between a Linux & Win machine, it feels great and powerful to use the mouse to the other OS as if it was the same!
