Help guys !

guys i have a little problem in my office desktop !

everytime i press the letter " Q " in any place except on desktop , the copy , paste section page appear it's like i am pressing right click

and sometimes if i press the letter " w " 2 continuous times , the pc goes on standby mode

can anyone help me with this problem

i tried the scan for virus and i have the avg licensed copy and up to date !
any help is appreciated !
