First i thought it's a frame, but when i opened the pic with ImageReady i found that there's no colored frame.

If you keep focusing on the dot, without moving your eye not one bit, after the photo turns to black and white, you'll keep seeing the colors, but as soon as you move your eyes you'll see the real colors.
