What company do you have your email with? Hotmail, Gmail, yahoo, etc... Then you have to know what kind of mail protocol do they use. POP3 or IMAP. What are the port numbers. What is the address? What is the SMTP address? And then you should plug all these in by going to tools-accounts or account settings - clicking on your account - properties - servers - plug in the information there - then go to advanced - then plug the port numbers there and don't forget to check "leave a copy of messages on server" or else outlook will download all your email and then delete all your mail from the server. Good luck!

Yes you can, but you need Outlook Connector.

Try windows live mail, it's built for hotmail.

Ask your provider or read a manual on their site if there is any.
If it's Gmail then it's simple, but you have to follow the instructions on their site to get it working with outlook.
