IPX Protocol

I was trying to connect two PC's (one with XP SP2, & the other with Vista 32-bit) to play Red Alert 2 which only uses IPX protocol rather than TCP/IP, I have intalled the IPX on Xp and it worked fine, but it didn't work on vista...
is there a way to solve this problem ?

If you're on a 32-bit version Vista {
This will be the solution : http://www.starbase01.com/site/index.php?id=22,87,0,0,1,0
}
You either install it manually by following the instructions or just run the setup file.
